No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. Lucy usually works in the morning (north american time). Give Dolabuy a try and you won't be disappointed with the quality nor their customer service.

I’ll start my review with two statements; 1: I am hard to please! 2: I rarely write reviews… Shopping with Dolabuy was a genuinely wonderful experience. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! Just came back from vacation very happy 5 stars for you web. I ordered this bags December 9, 2020 and it arrived Christmas eve December 23, 2020. I was so happy that it arrived just in time. Because i bought this bags for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. I don’t have any pictures because i gave it to my daughter-in-law. She absolutely loves the bags. I was a little nervous to order several bags of different brands, but after reading lots of amazing reviews and seeing pictures of the real thing in the comments, I went for it. Focus on today Gucci Supreme bag, I love it! The logo and everything are on point , and it seems like a nice material. It even came in a Gucci supreme bag, My only complaint is that it did take several weeks to arrive, but it was much sooner than the estimated delivery date. I would certainly recommend if you are looking for a quality and affordable dupe of the GG supreme bag!!!

Excellent seller. 1:1 product. It’s not that bright red that most people are afraid of when buying inauthentic handbags. The leather trim on this bag is very clean. As for the stitching, it was done correctly and there were no obvious imperfections. The hardware is the perfect shade of gold and had the right logos. I also love the beige lining! I did regular shipping and my package arrived relatively quickly. The seller made sure to neatly package the product to avoid damage and it's much appreciated. I recommend this website for sure I'll be purchasing from them again. :)

I LOVE THIS BAG!!! I did order this particular one in a speedy but never got confirmation. Tracy responded quickly but I still never got an invoice and eventually the order just disappeared. So I tried again in a neverfull and it went through smoothly. Ordered 8/28 arrived 9/24. The bag overall is super cute and has NO smell. It was wrapped very well and everything looks to be in order. No hanging threads, no scuffs, no scratches. My one and only complaint is the strap it came with. One of the clips that hook to the purse is jammed. There’s a spring inside that looks like it is bigger than the other so I cannot attach it. To be fair, I don’t want to use the strap on this bag. I don’t particularly like it so it’s not a huge issue for me. I still give this a 5/5 and will be buying again. But I do want people to be aware that it did happen and please don’t let that sway you. If I can find a thin cutter, I can fix it easily.
